Your day.

As a Provider in Family Medicine you’ll work with 3 other Physicians, and 3 Advance Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

• You would practice at Denver West Clinic in Lakewood, Colorado
• Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:00am-5pm, and Saturdays 8 am – 1p m
• Shared Practice Phone Call

Your experience.

• Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
• Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
• Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
