What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute patient illness and diseases via virtual visits and in-person visits
- Obtain medical histories, conduct visual examinations, and assess and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medication, therapy, and treatments accordingly
- Order, interpret, and evaluate patient diagnostics to develop patient care plan
- Counsel, instruct, and educate patients on physical and mental health
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN, APRN, and Furnishing licenses issued by the state(s) in which the team member practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
- Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration and Controlled Substance Licensure (CSL)
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- High level of clinical proficiency and excellent decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
