      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide seamless continuity of care for established inpatients, performing admissions and addressing cross-coverage issues
      - Facilitate appropriate patient transfers and contribute proactively to close critical coverage gaps
      - Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practitioners in a remote setting
      - Utilize the system-wide Epic EMR for effective patient management
      - Work rotating weekends and holidays as part of the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be an Acute Care or Adult Gerontology Certified Nurse Practitioner
      - Minimum of two years of previous advanced practitioner inpatient hospital experience
      - Must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area for remote work
      - Ability to complete the first 30 days of orientation on-site at the Virtual Care Center
      - Strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with admissions, consults, and cross-coverage in a hospital setting
      - Familiarity with Epic EMR system
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
      - Demonstrated ability to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
