      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Demonstrate clinical competency and accountability in patient care
      - Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients through interviews and examinations
      - Write prescriptions and initiate routine laboratory and diagnostic studies
      - Triage phone calls from outpatients and manage patient care problems
      - Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure quality care for assigned patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program; Master’s Degree in a relevant field
      - State of Ohio Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant
      - National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
      - Eligible to maintain a Certificate to Prescribe/DEA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      - Familiarity with clinical practice guidelines and quality improvement processes
      - Previous mentoring or leadership experience within a healthcare team
      - Ability to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
      - Experience in conducting or participating in clinical research
