      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect subjective data (obtain history)
      - Collect objective data (perform a physical exam)
      - Develop an assessment (diagnosis)
      - Develop and implement a management plan
      - Facilitate the referral of patients to the appropriate health facilities, agencies, and resources within the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a valid Physician Assistant license
      - Minimum educational requirement: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
      - Proven ability to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to patients and colleagues
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a primary care or specialty setting
      - Experience with electronic medical records systems
      - Strong knowledge of regional practice guidelines and protocols
      - Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
