What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to a designated patient population in various settings
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Develop appropriate plans of care based on diagnostic and examination findings
- Document high-quality, timely notes, including admission, progress, and discharge summaries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 2 years of licensed Nurse Practitioner experience
- Ability to maintain quality control standards and react calmly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills to establish effective working relationships with patients and staff
- Must be willing to obtain licensure in New Hampshire in addition to current Massachusetts licensure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in primary care
- Strong experience with Epic electronic medical record system
- Comfort with triaging pediatric patients
