What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct care, counseling, and education to patients in various settings.
- Conduct thorough histories and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement care plans based on diagnostic findings.
- Document patient interactions, including admission and progress notes.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license preferred.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic EMR is advantageous.
- Strong skills in taking medical histories and assessing medical conditions.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards and react calmly in emergencies.
- Effective communication skills to establish relationships with patients and staff.
- Experience in triaging patients of all ages.
