What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to designated patient populations in various settings
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations for patients
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on diagnostic outcomes
- Maintain high-quality and timely documentation of patient encounters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 2 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish effective working relationships
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
- Must hold a Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working as an NP/PA in primary care strongly preferred
- Strong experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Willingness to obtain licensure in New Hampshire in addition to current Massachusetts licensure
- Comfort in triaging pediatric patients
