What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support as an Advanced Practice Provider within the Virtual Clinical Support team
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in a remote setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire required upon hire
- Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

- Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings
- Additional certifications in specialty areas of care
- Bilingual skills to support a diverse patient population
