- Administer patient care for acute injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention in an inpatient/observation setting.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, case management, physical and occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, dieticians, spiritual care, and pharmacists.
- Complete all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate RN license.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required based on specific unit needs.
- No prior experience required. This position is designed for licensed registered nurses with less than one year of experience.

In this role, you'll provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, acute care environment, managing a wide range of conditions including Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, Renal, GI, and Post-Op patients.
