LPN Wage Scale: $26 - $31.28

Three Month, Limited-Term Employment

By agreeing to work shifts from our master schedule during the term of this program, you will be paid at a premium wage - instead of being given a list of benefits you don't need or use. You will also be able to pick up shifts at the same premium wage.

When you choose to work with us, you will:

• never be mandated to work additional shifts, stay late, or come in early
• have consistent hours, days and assignments with tailored flexibility to what you want
• work alongside a team who had zero nursing citations from their 2023 health inspection survey (national average is 8.1 | state average is 6.7)
• receive shift differentials when working between 2pm - 6am

As a registered nurse at Dove Healthcare, you will be the healing touch that gets our patients through a tough day. You will be the smile that assures them, the hug that comforts them, and the connection that uplifts them. New nurse grads and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.

Nurse Responsibilities:

• oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistant (CNA) team members
• provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
• observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
• help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
• other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
• excellent time management skills
• ability to accept and give directions
• work well in a team environment
• a desire to make a difference in people's lives
