      $2,500 Sign-on Bonus for External New Hires (Current, CSMdRH, CSMC and CSMDN employees not eligible)

      $2,500 MDRH Employee Referral Program Bonus Eligible

      Job Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Assists patients with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygiene
      • Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patients
      • Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment
      • Works under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit
      • Answers phones and call lights
      • Ensures unit is stocked with supplies
      • Assists patient transporter as needed
      • Other duties as assigned

      Shifts: DAY Shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

      Experience:

      One year 1 year of nursing assistant experience (preferred)

      2 or more years of nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred)

      Certifications:

      Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)

      Current BCLS certification (required)

      Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

      Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

      Basic computer knowledge
