      Job summary

      We are currently looking to recruit a Band 3 Nursing Assistant to work on Cubley Court Female, an Older Adult inpatient ward caring for Older Adults from Derby and Derbyshire, diagnosed with Organic mental illness.

      Please be mindful that the wards provide a 24-hour, year-round inpatient service.

      Main duties of the job

      As a valued member of the team, you will deliver high standards of person -centred care showing empathy, patience and understanding at all times.

      We work as part of a multi- disciplinary team, and you will work within the Trust Core Care Standards and always promoting independence, recovery, and service user dignity. You would be an active and supportive member of the team.

      As a Nursing Assistant you will be actively involved in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of qualified nurses and be accountable for the reporting of the care you give to qualified nursing staff.

      We offer ongoing training and development, clinical supervision & managerial supervision, an annual PADR.
