      Overview

      Marvella is seeking Full Time and Part Time Caregivers ( Resident Assistant / CNA / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide ) to join our team.

      Hours may include:

      AM-6:00am-2:00pm

      PM-2:00pm-10:00pm

      NOC-10:00pm-6:00am

      Marvella is also seeking to fill a Full Time NOC position that includes Working Every Weekend (WOW) which includes a Premium Pay!

      Base pay available for weekdays and TIME & A HALF offered for working EVERY WEEKEND for 6 months = Certified Nursing Assistants - Premium pay for weekend shifts starting at $25.28 per hour or higher

      • Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours- total commitment is 24 out of 26 weekends.
      • Employees are paid a base rate of pay in accordance with placement on the wage scale for their position.
      • Employees will earn 50% above their base rate of pay while fulfilling shifts as part of the WOW Program requirements. Any shifts worked outside of the WOW program are paid at their base rate.
      • Employees will be eligible for the standard shift and lead differentials.
      • Employees will be eligible for the Holiday Worked Premium if they work on a PHS defined holiday per PHS policy.

      This location is close to the following cities: Falcon Heights, South St Paul, Mendota Heights & Richfield MN.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
      • Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
      • Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
      • Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

      Qualifications

      • Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
      • To be considered for Care Center/TCU: Current Nursing Assistant Certification required or willing to take CNA class paid for by PHS.
      • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
      • Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
      • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
