      What You’ll Do:

      As a Patient Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential care and support under the guidance of Registered Nurses. Your role helps ensure patients receive the comfort, dignity, and medical attention they deserve. Your day may include:

      • Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and daily care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, bed-making, etc.).

      • Helping patients with mobility, including lifting, turning, transferring, and ambulating.

      • Monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, weight).

      • Performing basic medical tasks (catheter care, wound dressing, EKGs, blood glucose checks, etc.).

      • Supporting emergency procedures like CPR and Code Blue response.

      • Maintaining clean, safe, and stocked patient care areas.

      • Transporting patients and assisting with medical equipment.

      • Observing and promptly reporting any changes in patients’ conditions or concerns.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

      • Minimum age: 17 years.

      • Previous patient care experience and/or Nurse Assistant certification preferred.

      • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) certification required within 3 months of hire.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Basic math, medical terminology understanding, and computer literacy.

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role (standing, lifting, moving patients, etc.).
