      Paid CNA training program


      St. Ann’s Community is currently offering 6 weeks of CNA training. We will provide a paid training to become a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA). Training will be held on our Irondequoit campus.

      St. Ann’s Community Offers:

      • Paid training (37.5 hours/week)
      • Starting at $15.50 increase to $18.50 upon certification
      • CNA certification after 6 weeks
      • Great benefits upon hire
      • Pay increase upon promotion

      Candidate Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Must be able to read and write and communicate in English at least at an 8th grade level.
      • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
      • Customer Service experience
      • Previous Elder care experience is a plus

      Job Descriptions:

      CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Duties

      • Assisting Elders with daily living such as bathing, toileting, eating and other activities
      • Following care plan to address Elder needs
      • Monitoring Elder conditions and reporting any changes to team lead
      • Engaging in meaningful interactions with Elders
