      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate alleged violations of the Nurse Practice Act and prepare detailed reports for the Board
      - Conduct interviews, collect evidence, and analyze medical records and legal documents
      - Present cases at Board meetings and testify in administrative hearings as an official witness
      - Maintain accurate records and track the status of open cases in the database
      - Apply and interpret laws, rules, and regulations related to nursing practice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse through the Arizona State Board of Nursing
      - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong analytical abilities and effective time management skills
      - Knowledge of nursing practice and the Nurse Practice Act

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting investigations or regulatory compliance
      - Familiarity with healthcare documentation and standards of practice
      - Proficient in using computer applications, including Word and Google
      - Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders
