What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for virtual health customer success and onsite training, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Own the clinical relationship with key enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of virtual care models.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of virtual programs, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence by designing and delivering training programs to support clinical upskilling and customer engagement.
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive nursing experience, including 3 or more years of direct leadership of teams or in a Director-level position.
- Minimum 2 or more years of experience in virtual care, telehealth, or digital health environments.
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the U.S.
- Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, clinical KPIs, and outcome measurement.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, client services, or healthcare consulting.
- Multi-state or compact licensure.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS telehealth regulations, and value-based care models.
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms, EHR systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
