Monitor and ensure the safety of clinical trial participants, report adverse events, and contribute to patient-safety outcomes.
Liaise with trial sites, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams to support protocol conduct and compliance.
Use your clinical experience to review and interpret patient/clinical data, identify inconsistencies or queries, and support high-quality trial documentation.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher (MSc Nursing preferred).
Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and comfort collaborating across functional teams.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset: you’re ready to apply your nursing skill-set in a new way, and you’re motivated to learn and take on global responsibilities.
Prior exposure to clinical research is a plus — but not required. We offer training and support to help you step into the role.
