What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and coordinate faculty onboarding and orientation aligned with teaching assignments
- Provide regular reporting on new faculty performance and support new faculty in alignment with university expectations
- Calibrate faculty evaluation measures and provide recommendations to university leadership
- Develop and implement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of faculty development programs
- Coordinate and support practitioner as faculty model, assess teaching needs, and develop innovative curriculum and instructional strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in nursing education
- Unencumbered Active Nursing License
- Experience in nursing faculty training, support, evaluation, and/or instructional practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse faculty members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in nursing education with a strong background in teaching
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and requirements in nursing education
- Experience in faculty development, coaching, or mentoring
