      Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

      JOB SUMMARY:

      Firesteel Healthcare Center is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      • Financial Management
      • Quality Management
      • Human Resource Management
      • Physical Plant Management
      • Marketing & Community Relations
      • Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

      EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

      • Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in South Dakota
      • Preferred: Two years’ experience as an ED
