- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Established knowledge of state, local, federal, and OSHA regulations and standards.

Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury, MA, is currently accepting applications for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and assuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations. The Administrator provides leadership to all facility staff in meeting the goal of providing quality patient care.
