      Must Have Skills

      • Admin/Management of following platforms: VMware virtualization, Nutanix HCI environment
      • Knowledge of Nutanix cluster management, Cluster configuration, Nutanix Hypervisor Integrations, and Integrated Data Protection
      • Experience with Cluster Architecture, Maintenance, Monitoring and Troubleshooting through Prism
      • Proven analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
      • Expertise in application of ITIL methodology, Service Monitoring and SLA Management.
      • Understand and experience with best practices for Operation support, automation, and technology management
      • Very good knowledge in troubleshooting Nutanix/Cisco/HP/Dell server hardware problems.
      • Responding to service request. Provide innovative solution and be a strong team player
      • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
      • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to interact with support groups, clients, and vendors.

      Key Responsibilities

      · Nutanix Hyper Converged Infrastructure Administration - Strong knowledge in Infra components and it's functionality

      · Responsible in resolving all the Nutanix hardware related issues (includes DIMM, CPU, Motherboard, storage etc.)

      · Responsible in software upgrade (AOS, NCC)

      · Responsible in firmware upgrade (BIOS, BMC, Storage)

      · High knowledge in Disaster Recovery solutions (Mainly Nutanix Data protection)

      · Good knowledge in CLI commands and executions

      · VMware Administration - VMware vSphere 6.5 and 7.0 Administration skilled to handle operational activities.

      · Good in VMware Power CLI

      · Automation skills - Powershell knowledge for automating operational tasks

      · Skilled in Python program

      · Nutanix Calm - Very good understanding on Nutanix Calm tool.

      · Strong knowledge in VMWare VRA for server provisioning.

      · Vendor Management - Sync up with various hardware and software vendors to ensure proper operational and project support.
