      Overview:

You are an organized, communicative, adaptable problem-solver.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join Nuuly’s Creative Operations Team.

As a Project Management Intern, you will specialize in task creation and updates for Nuuly’s emails and website! This is a cross functional role - you’ll work closely with multiple teams (merchandising, graphic design, copywriting, CRM, marketing, studio and more!) to ensure content for various marketing channels are completed on time.

You will own updating tasks in Asana, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of updates to Nuuly’s website. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the fast-paced world of ecommerce and clothing rental.

You will report directly to the Associate Creative Project Manager, working cross-departmentally, and gaining insight to how the creative side of a high-growth fashion company runs.

      What Will You Be Doing?

Task Coordination: Own task adjustments and updates for Nuuly’s fabulous Creative team. Update and manage tasks within Asana to ensure they are accurately represented and align with project deadlines.

Asana Management: Become proficient in using Asana, our project management tool, to organize, update, and track tasks across various web and email projects. This includes setting due dates, assigning responsible team members, and maintaining task statuses.

Communication: Facilitate communication between team members by ensuring that task-related information is up to date in Asana. Provide regular updates on task progress and any potential roadblocks to the project manager or relevant stakeholders.

Support: Assist the Associate Creative Project Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Quality Assurance: Review tasks and project details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify that all necessary information, assets, and instructions are included for seamless project execution.

Process Improvement: Review all boards and document how processes have changed from the implementation of the Asana tool to now.

      What You Will Bring!

      ● Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

      ● Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools is a plus.

      ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

      ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

      ● Curiosity: A strong desire to explore, learn, and continuously improve. Willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and seek innovative solutions.

      ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

      ● Excitement and passion for the Nuuly brand!

      Application Steps

      Summer Internship Program Application Process:

      1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see above), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.

      2. Complete HireVue: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a HireVue Video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.

      3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
