What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and guide independent agency business owners in executing their profit and growth strategies
- Coach agency business owners on sales results and the execution of the state sales plan
- Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives relevant to individual agency business owners
- Provide business knowledge and expertise to assist agency business owners in successfully operating their businesses
- Build strong relationships with agency business owners and staff while respecting their autonomy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Agency recruiting experience
- Basic knowledge of business systems and their efficiencies in a business environment
- Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and budget management concepts
- Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing (Property and Casualty, Life and Health)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and executing operational business plans and marketing plans
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, and service
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
