What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and advise agency business owners on their role as independent contractors in selling insurance
- Coach agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
- Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives for individual agencies
- Build strong relationships with agency business owners and staff
- Provide business knowledge and expertise to ensure successful operations of agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Agency recruiting experience
- Required insurance licenses: Property and Casualty, Life and Health
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Prior management experience or demonstrated experience leading project teams
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and financial analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and executing operational business plans and marketing plans
- Basic knowledge of business systems to leverage efficiencies in a business environment
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
