      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and guide agency business owners as independent contractors operating their own businesses
      - Coach and advise agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
      - Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives relevant to individual independent agency business owners
      - Assist agency business owners in targeting and prioritizing effective sales activities in their market
      - Build strong relationships with agency business owners and staff, respecting their autonomy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Agency recruiting experience
      - Basic knowledge and understanding of business systems for enhancing efficiencies
      - Prior management experience or demonstrated ability to lead project teams
      - Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and financial analysis
      - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; proper insurance licensing required by state statutes

      - Experience developing and executing operational business plans and marketing strategies
      - Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
