Act as a subject matter expert in the OTC process and support SSC efficiency through deep process knowledge.
Provide specialized consultation across business operations, cooperating with SSC teams, management, and regional/global stakeholders.
Evaluate operational needs and recommend practical, performance-improving solutions.
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for OTC process-related issues and queries.
Build and maintain a knowledge base within the OTC process.
Document process changes and ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate the updates of operating procedures within the respective Process Tower/Team.
Actively contribute to internal capability-building activities: trainings, documentation, and know-how sharing.
Process incoming payments and clarify payment details with customers.
Maintain and update customer data, confirm balances, and support intercompany settlements.
Create sales invoices and analyze overdue receivables and bad debt.
Support credit management processes, including updating credit limits.
Prepare aging reports and assist in identifying risks, reporting, and process compliance.
Analyze customer-reported issues (escalations) and support problem-solving efforts.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing enhancements.
Deliver internal trainings on OTC process, tools, and accounting principles.
Participate in SSC-wide projects and support the Team Leader and other team members as needed.
University degree in Business Economics or similar field, ideally with a focus on accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or OTC-related roles.
Strong expertise in SAP and MS Excel (intermediate level or higher).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-cultural collaboration.
Structured and independent working style, with a strong focus on process efficiency.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical mindset.
Experience in process documentation and improvement initiatives.
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
