      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
      - Foster a culture of continuous learning by coaching team members and promoting accountability
      - Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and matrix partners for seamless issue resolution
      - Utilize reporting and analysis to understand root causes of issues and implement proactive measures
      - Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide updates on team deliverables and client escalations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementation or benefit installation
      - At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      - Experience managing complex operational work units
      - Familiarity with installation, implementation, or inventory management skills
      - Previous experience managing in a virtual team setting
      - Strong influencing and people assessment skills
