      GENERAL FUNCTION

      The Compliance Manager primary responsibilities includes; developing, implementing and managing product compliance for different markets and ISO 9001 compliance programs for Oakley factory.

      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Manage the product compliance program that ensures products meet all applicable regulatory requirements in its intended applications and markets for all product categories
      • Responsible for developing product compliance protocol for new product category and its implementation
      • Define and implement an effective compliance system to support product compliance from R&D, development engineering to production launch.
      • Able to effectively communicate and provide trainings to all teams about product compliance and market requirements
      • Coordinate the annual factory ISO 9001 & Test lab ISO 17025 auditing to ensure the active involvement from all stakeholders.
      • Ensure that the corrective and preventive actions from auditing are properly assigned and successfully completed on time with appropriate root cause methodology.
      • Effectively collaborate with others as a team player within the department and cross-functionally
      • Drive the activities and teams required for continuously meeting compliance needs
      • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating internal audit program to ensure all requirements are met
      • Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs.
      • Fully understand the product compliance test standard, help establish the test methods and provide technical training
      • Coach and mentor other team members within the Department (i.e. Quality Tech, Engineer).

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • BS Degree in an Engineering field.
      • 5+ years in Manufacturing Quality Engineering.
      • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply Statistical Quality Tools (i.e MSA, Cpk, SPC, Sampling Plans, Control Plans)
      • Ability to use systematic approach for Root Cause Analysis
      • Leadership & Interpersonal skills
      • Ability to use data systems (Excel, SAP, Minitab)
      • Ability to develop, coach and manage direct/indirect personnel if required.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • ASQ CQE Certification (Desirable)
      • Green Belt / Six Sigma Certification
      • Master’s Degree
      • Lean Tools
      • Quality Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025)
      • Project Management

      Pay Range: $ - $134,346

      Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
