      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with data entry and management in electronic databases
      - Conduct data quality checks and aid in data cleaning and reporting
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and institutional data security protocols
      - Coordinate with patients and clinical staff to support study procedures
      - Assist in the ordering, labeling, tracking, and transporting of biological samples

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Effective written and verbal communication abilities
      - Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
      - Availability for 10-15+ hours per week, Monday to Friday
      - Interest in reproductive health, clinical research, or public health

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in clinical research or related fields
      - Familiarity with electronic databases such as REDCap
      - Background knowledge in women’s health or reproductive endocrinology
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
