  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screening, triaging, and responding to patient inquires via telephone calls and EMR messages
  • Administering injections and provide patient teaching, as needed
  • Assisting physician with procedures & exams, as needed
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, testing, and treatments, including urodynamics, potassium sensitivity testing, and bladder instillations
  • Conducting post-partum phone calls
  • Work in collaboration with triage department and with interdisciplinary care teams to respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for patient care in EHR
  • Make urgent add-on appointments as necessary
  • Use of critical thinking and sound judgement in assessing and making recommendations; elevate to provider level, as necessary
  • Respond to prescription refill requests
  • Respond to patient emergencies, within the scope of RN license
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current MN RN licensure
  • CPR certified
  • Two to four years related experience in OB/GYN or urology, highly preferred
