- General Ob/Gyn Practice
- 10 provider group – 7 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
- 18-20 Patients per day
- Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:00pm) – Friday (8am – 2pm)
- Robotic Surgery
- Providers rotate between offices. Main location is at (6879 Southpointe Drive North, Jacksonville, FL).
- Precept residents from University of Florida

- Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
- Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
- Active BLS Certification
