What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
- Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
- Close pest control sales obtained via the web and schedule the initial service
- Perform dial-out activity on warm leads generated via the Orkin website
- Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School/GED
- 1-2 years sales experience; direct sales/phone sales preferred
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs high-speed internet connection
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
