- Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- DOT UDS and BAT certification within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of Occupational Medicine experience in an Occupational Medicine setting.
- Prefer 3-5 years Occupational Medicine experience in an Occupational Medicine setting understanding Worker's Compensation law, treatment requirements, group physician practice experience and the ability to work with varied professionals in healthcare is preferred.
- Medical Assistant experience in an Urgent Care setting also preferred.

Initiates, maintains and enhances relationships with employers and insurance carriers related to the delivery of occupational health services.
