Accurately bill Occupational Medicine services using our internal systems

Ensure complete charge capture through review of medical records and documentation

Identify and correct inconsistencies in medical reports by working with clinical staff
-
Communicate with patients and clients to address billing inquiries
-
Collaborate with revenue cycle team to resolve coding and cash posting errors
-
Follow up on unpaid claims and outstanding charges
-
Keep employer billing accounts accurate and up to date
-
Maintain open encounters and ensure all data is properly documented
-
Stay informed on third-party payor reimbursement practices and workflows
-
Meet daily production and quality standards
-
Support additional business needs and assist the team as needed
-
Communicate any issues or trends to your supervisor
-
2+ years of medical billing experience preferred
-
Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine billing a strong plus
-
Knowledge of Epic software preferred

High School diploma or equivalent required
-
Energetic and enthusiastic professionals who excel under pressure

Critical thinkers with a passion for accuracy and compliance

Experienced users of Practice Management or Billing Software
