      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct inspections of facilities for life safety and environmental compliance with applicable standards
      - Prepare detailed inspection reports and review building evacuation policies and emergency plans
      - Respond to requests for information regarding Occupational Safety and Health Standards
      - Develop and conduct employee training on various occupational safety topics
      - Review tenant improvements and construction projects for safety hazards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field
      - Four years of experience in identifying and eliminating safety hazards in the workplace
      - Significant knowledge and experience with OSHA and EPA regulations
      - AHERA certification from an accredited provider
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ADA-related activities
      - Familiarity with Arizona Administrative Code and industrial hygiene principles
      - Proficiency in AutoCAD LT drafting software
      - Strong analytical and evaluation skills related to safety inspections and investigations
