Job Description

Partner with families to promote the healthy growth and development of their children.
Deliver family-centered therapy aligned with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate services.
Conduct assessments, facilitate evaluations, and contribute to the IFSP process.
Support children and families through transitions from Early Intervention.
Maintain timely, confidential documentation and participate actively in supervision and team meetings.
Provide services in accordance with federal, state, and agency standards.
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
At least 2 years of experience working with young children, preferably those with special needs.
Current occupational therapy license.
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Comfort working both remotely and on-site as needed.
