      Work Schedule:

      50% FTE day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday. Potential weekends in the future depending on program growth. This position will work primarily in patient homes but has a physical work location at the Administrative Services Building in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

      Pay:

      • This position may be eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
      • Additional components of compensation may include:
        • Evening and night shift differential
        • Weekend differential (if implemented)
        • Mileage reimbursement

      We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home-Based Hospital Care Team! You will:

      • Deliver acute, hospital-level care to patients in their homes using an evidence-based and patient-centered therapy approach.
      • Help patients regain independence, improve daily function, and safely navigate their home setting, reducing hospital stays and improving outcomes.
      • Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive exemplary care in their home.

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
      Work Experience
      • 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred
      Licenses & Certifications
      • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
