- Relevant first degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Registered with HCPC
- Postgraduate training in vocational rehabilitation, CBT approaches, or ergonomics
- Demonstrable experience in occupational health, vocational rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting.
- Proven ability to assess and report on fitness to work and recommend workplace adjustments
- Experience of working in Occupational health in the NHS or other public sector organisations.
- Familiarity with NHS occupational health systems and reporting structures.
- Strong understanding of functional restoration principles and their application in group and individual settings.
- Ability to interpret information and to present information to diverse groups.
- Manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to reflect and critically appraise own performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Therapy Team within our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Occupational Therapist to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions that support the health, wellbeing, and sustainable return to work of our staff.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of our multidisciplinary Occupational Health team, you will work autonomously while benefiting from the guidance and support of senior Occupational Health professionals.
