Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist Education/College Salary: Up to £36,483 per annum depending on experience Permanent: Full time 52 weeks of the year part time/38 wks considered Location: Cambian Lufton College is a specialist college for young adults aged 16 to 25 that provides specialist further education and residential care in the South West. The college typically supports students who have a diagnosis of Autism, moderate to severe learning disabilities and a range of emotional, behavioural and complex needs.
Main duties of the job
You will work alongside an established multidisciplinary team including clinicians, care and Education staff. You will have opportunities to be part of the provision development and contribute to the development of the occupational therapy provision. Working with guidance and supervision from the Highly Specialist OT you will provide quality assessments, reports and needs led interventions for young people. In addition, you will be working alongside your education and care colleagues to embed strategies across the environment.

Essential:
A degree or a post-graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy
Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and RCOT Experience of working with young people with a range of needs is required
