Pay: £26.06 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Main duties of the job
Leadership of the LMS team and line management responsibilities to embed best practice solutions to achieve service goals and organisational objectives to drive change and report progress, highlighting mitigations and interventions to improve performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Within this role will be a need to deal with complexity and ambiguity in relation to shaping and supporting the delivery of improvement plans, based on LMS data, feedback and staff engagement needs.
Produces and delivers strategies, project plans, and policies in relation to work streams.
Taking responsibility for the effective delivery of activities and objectives in line with the agreed targets and timeframes.
Works across the Trust with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, implement, embed, and evaluate programmes aligned to the People Plan deliverables
