Job Description

Evercore’s European Technology M&A team is looking for an ambitious and articulate individual to join their London office as an Off Cycle Intern (6 months, immediate start) to support the team in the origination and execution of transactions across a wide range sub-sectors within Technology.

The role will comprise:

• Company valuation and modelling
• Market / industry analysis
• Support in the preparation of pitch materials
• Transaction Execution
• Monitoring of transaction progress and organization of update calls
• Data room management
• Lead role on ad-hoc research projects
• Identification of potential buy-side, sell-side or capital raising opportunities across Technology landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master degree from top-tier university
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Superb communications skills, both written and oral with excellent quantitative skills
• Highly disciplined work ethic; shows initiative / self-starter
• High degree of integrity
• Experience with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Keen interest in the Corporate Finance and Technology industry (prior experience preferred but not a requirement)
• Fluent in English and preferably one further language
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
