      Stericycle is seeking an Office Administrator at their Medical Waste Incinerator facility in McCarran, NV!

      Compensation Data:
      The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $16.10 - $25.06/hourly.
      This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
      The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

      Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
      Required: Standard Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle

      Position Purpose:

      The Office Administrator provides administrative support for assigned location. Duties vary from accounting, payroll, customer service, and general office work. Also acts as a backup to Billing Administrators and Customer Service Representatives.

      Key Job Activities:

      • Office Administration:
      o Branch Emails.
      o Closing Confirmations.
      o Coordinating shipping of packages (FedEx parts, supplies, RFP's, etc.).
      o Re-schedule of missed service.
      o Ordering supplies.
      o Open and review mail.
      o Vendor Management (setup, communication, local visits).
      o Equipment lists PROCESSING deliveries.

      • Payroll Processing:
      o Time and Attendance. Enters and audits weekly final payroll reports for departmental approval.

      • Billing:
      o Exception based billing Accounts (Half-Bag).
      o Reviews vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and completes all AP related functions.
      o Ensures proper coding to correct location and GL account with department managers approval; batches & submits to Corporate A/P.

      • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

      Education:

      Required Education: in High School or Equivalent

      Experience:

      • High School Diploma (some college preferred) or equivalent.
      • 2+ years of experience, preferably in administrative, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple issues to resolve related to the upkeep and maintenance of the position.
      • Demonstrates the ability to modify behavior, as needed, in order to maintain effectiveness in a changing situation; and with varying tasks, responsibilities, or people.
      • Demonstrates the ability to persist with a specific course of action.
      • Must be willing to commit the necessary time and effort to complete work assignments and do a quality job.
      • Demonstrates the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; listen to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions.
      • Demonstrates the ability to identify and understand customer needs; takes appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met and proactively searches of ways to increase customer satisfaction.
      • Demonstrates the ability to function independently; resolve problems without direction.
      • Demonstrates the ability to manage own time, activities and resources to ensure department standards are met on a consistent basis.
      • Demonstrates the ability to identify problems as they occur; follow rules, guidelines, and procedures; apply experience and processes to current assignments.
