Schedule: 24 hours/week; 9:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Earn $18.86/hour
Position Summary
The Office Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Outpatient and Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Services Directors at offices in Pottsville and Coal Township. This role is integral to the daily operations of both sites, ensuring smooth office functionality and efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting billing processes, and reviewing records for all programs at both locations. The Office Administrator also assists the directors by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing critical information to support program performance and organizational goals.
