      We are looking to hire an Office Administrator for our Warsaw hub. The role requires you to be 5 days a week in our brand new office.


      What You'll Do

      • Manage front office/reception area (incoming post, seeing to couriers, deliveries, etc)
      • Maintaining a presence at the Reception area and greet N-ablites and visitors and ensure that they are well attended to, notifying relevant staff members of their arrival if applicable
      • Perform general administrative duties including ordering office supplies, equipment maintenance, photocopying/printing etc.
      • Maintain relationship with Warsaw Spire management, and assume the role of N-able’s Warsaw Spire contact within Poland
      • Advise and keep N-ablites up to date with general procedures within Warsaw Spire space (how to print, reserve meeting room, etc.) and assist with general issues
      • Monitor stationery stocks and reorder as and when needed
      • Ha ndle weekly provided lunches for N-ablites and m anage supply and delivery of soft drinks and snacks for the office
      • Hold company credit card for Poland and ensure all purchasing procedures are followed
      • Maintain health and safety processes in the Poland hub to ensure legal compliance
      • Build, monitor and review relevant Facilities suppliers for Poland hub
      • Assist G&A Functions and management teams with any administration requirements they may have
      • Assistance in new employee onboarding and orientation. This includes coordinating with IT and People Teams for new/departing N-ablites in regards to necessary equipment and paperwork
      • Assist N-ablites with company travel platform, Egencia
      • Assist/Manage organization of N-able social events with Site Leaders and/or social committee

      What You'll Bring
