      As the Office Administrator/PA, you will provide a comprehensive, confidential, and professional end to end Personal Assistant (PA) and administration support service to the Global Business Services (GBS) Director and additionally provide support to other key GBS leadership positions.

      Your goal will be to offer comprehensive support in all areas of business, including communications, administration, and project management assistance.       Your responsibilities:

      • Govern meeting documentation and materials, ensuring quality of inputs prior to meetings, supporting structured agendas, and, where required, produce, and distribute minutes and post-meeting materials.

      • Ensure accurate and high quality external and internal correspondence.

      • Manage all incoming mail promptly including appropriate written responses within remit.

      • Create and maintain appropriate records, including taking and distributing minutes of meetings, filing, retrieval and follow up systems.

      • Put together information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.

      • Take charge of events and projects across the Site, working independently or collaborating with relevant stakeholders

      Requirements for the role:

      • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

      • Excellent administration experience with a good knowledge of office procedures and practices in a fast-paced professional environment.

      • Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

      • Well organized and able to multi-task with a flexible approach.

      • Adaptable and able to pick up the JM business and its complexities quickly to fully support the GBS Director.

      • Able to think things through and deal with issues proactively and be able to use initiative, particularly with diary management and travel planning.
