      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with Electronic Verification Visits (EVV) regulations, including time, location, and service details
      - Continuously update schedules to accommodate changes in client or caregiver plans
      - Communicate scheduling changes and conflicts to relevant parties
      - Assist with EVV scheduling, troubleshooting, and report processing
      - Provide support in data entry for scheduling and referrals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of two years of office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and scheduling/reporting systems
      - Excellent customer service skills
      - Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Training experience in computer or software systems
      - Background in home care and insurance verification
      - Language skills in English and Portuguese Creole or Spanish
