Job Description

- A High School Secondary Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (reading, writing and speaking) and fluency in Hindi. **
- A minimum of three (3) years of office assistance and driving experience.
- A strong interpersonal skill and a high sense of discretion and integrity.
- Good knowledge in office administration and vehicle maintenance.
- A valid driver's license.

- A self-motivated and highly organized individual, competent in handling administrative support tasks and driving responsibilities.
- Able to identify priority tasks using your initiative and sound judgment.
- Qualified to manage both internal and external messenger services and perform traditional driving tasks.
- A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.
- Contributing to the day-to-day reception and administrative activities of the Regional Office.
- Handling courier and driving responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintaining office tidiness, cleanliness and safety.

- * In-person: For operational purposes, the incumbent in this position is required in the office, Monday to Friday, during the office's core business hours.
- A Certificate from police authorities verifying that the incumbent has no criminal record may be required .
- As a result of this process, the Centre may establish a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future permanent and term opportunities.
