Hours: 7:00am- 4:00pm, M-F

Summary:
- Responsible for executing hospitality duties, such as setting up conference rooms for lunches, depositions, and meetings.
- Also be responsible for the mail operations of the law firm such as outgoing and incoming mail and packages, mail runs, and copy center duties that include making copies for the attorneys and their assistants as requested.
- A candidate that is a self-starter with a positive attitude, has experience in a law firm or business office environment, has experience using copier equipment, and hospitality experience.
- This position requires setting up of meetings, so there is movement when there are meetings.
- There are also mail runs twice a day within the office.
- The copier equipment brand is Canon.
- They will also use the FedEx Shipping Application to ship accountable mail, as well as the USPS Postage Machine.

Requirements:
- Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a law office. Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.
- Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
- Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees.
- Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery.
- Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.
